Everything is a matter of perspective
Events + Perception = Life

Each person has that day where things seem not to go as expected, where a series of unexpected events seem to take us to the edge of what we are used to.
However, what if I told you that the cure for this is found not in an external place like a presidential candidate or the people around you, but in yourself?
That's right, everything in this life is a matter of one thing:
Perspective.
Perspective will be the difference between a trip to the dentist being a ticket to the torture room and an opportunity to improve your smile and therefore your attractiveness.

Every time something happens to us, two things are presented right in our faces: What happened and how we interpret it. We can control one of them, while we can't do anything about the other.
- What happened is fixed, and even if we wanted it to be different, it can no longer be changed.
- What we interpret is totally malleable and can actually transform something initially bad into a positive.
For example:
- When I was little I was bullied.
Here the event is that you suffered from bullying, however, we have not yet associated any connotations to this. There are two ways to react:
- When I was little I was bullied, therefore now I am submissive in all my interpersonal relationships.
either that, or:
- As a child I was bullied, however, I will not let this limit me in the present. Actually, I think this is an opportunity to understand how not to treat other people and to show others how they were wrong about me.
That being said, with this in mind, you will be able to understand how everything that happens is shaped by an event + perspective equation. This is why, if you want to give your life a 360, everything will start with your perspective.
Change of perspective changes everything about a person. It makes you to see things differently.
