Long awaited progress
↑This is how it all looked before I started keeping my plants in a greenhouse in the studio, it was much neater then
Dismantling that stage proved to be incredibly difficult. They used a combination of screw shank nails, screws, a few hex head lagbolts and a PLETHORA of staples
I plan to use the sheets of plywood on the outside of my garage, after I remove the corrugated metal. That garage will end up as a workshop if I survive long enough
Snakeman is 75 yrs old and works circles around me.
↑Day Two↑
This went easier since yesterday after I dropped him at his house, I went to Lowe's and bought a new, rechargeable sawzall
Look ma, no stage!
I found what I was afraid of, not termites per se, but the floor directly beneath that heat pump, where the wall meets the floor, is completely rotted out. A clear path to the outside.
Longrange plans are to repair that wall and floor, create a bathroom/kitchenette in that corner so the building can be rented out.

Snakeman also has the knees of a 40 year old. I'm jealous.
You;ve done so much to that place! Is there an end in sight? What was that stage for, anyway?
The previous owners, in fact the people who built the building to use as a band practice room so there had to be a stage
