Plant banana trees in the garden behind the house
In our area, Aceh, Indonesia, bananas are included in the list of favorite fruits, so we can see them in traditional markets. Bananas are fruits that run out easily, so this is the step that makes farmers want to plant more banana trees, including me wanting to use the land behind the house. I want to plant banana trees because I know that bananas will be a product for me and this will be additional income.
So far I have only planted areca palm trees in the garden but after I found out that not only areca nut other fruits are also things I have to do because being a farmer doesn't just focus on old plants but we also have to be able to be farmers in terms of planting plants. When I was young, I took this step so it was a good step and really helped me later, of course.
The banana that I planted is a type of chicken banana, meaning the banana that is most popular with people in our area in Aceh because this banana is often enjoyed after we enjoy staple foods such as rice, so this banana is the first meal after we enjoy rice. The long fruit makes a tree. This banana is so popular with people who grow it that the price is quite high compared to other bananas so that farmers are more interested in planting this type of banana tree.
Garden friends can of course see that my banana leaves look very wide and green, this means that the banana tree that I have planted looks fertile so we can see from the nice leaves, the big stem and this is one of the most optimal treatments I do. Apart from cleaning, I also often water it when the weather is very hot so the banana tree really needs water. This is the method I use on my plant so that it looks beautiful, attractive and fertile.
Meanwhile, my friends also saw that what was wrapped in this sack was a small banana tree, so one way to keep it safe is this way because if I don't do something like this, livestock could enter and eat it. These leaves really have a big effect on the growth of the next banana tree. This is the method that I applied and it finally worked, as we have seen big banana trees. When I was little, I also did the same thing.
