Grateful and blessed at 36

Birthday is a gift from above, it means that the Almighty God preserved our life, added another day and blessed us with His goodness everyday.

It's August 14, 2024 and this marks my 36th birthday. Time flies so fast that I am now celebrating my birthday again. I thank God for His providence all throughout my 36 years of existence in this world.

Birthday is a celebration of life and also it is a time to praise and give thanks unto God for all His goodness, for the gift of life, good health, food, shelter, clothing, family, and everything.

Birthday is also a time to reflect how's life for the past year? Are you improving? Are you doing better? Are you more blessed?

Looking back, I felt so blessed with what God has bestowed to me all throughout the year.

BLESSED WITH FAMILY

Family is indeed one of the best blessing for us. Not everyone is blessed with supportive family so if you have one, cherish it and be grateful. I am always grateful to God for the family that I have. We are not perfect but we can lean on unto each other.

I am also grateful for having my own family. They are also my strength, my inspiration and the reason why I need to wake up every morning and face all the trials, challenges and struggles in life. They are the reason to be happy, to be strong and to stand everytime we fall.

I'm blessed to have a husband who is loving maybe not in words but in actions. He is always there for me. He is a responsible husband and father to our son.

BLESSED WITH A NEW BABY SOON

I am happy and grateful that God is giving me another chance to be a mother to our second baby soon. We are expecting to see the baby by November. I am nervous yet excited, praying that God will give me strength and give us good health.

BLESSED WITH PEOPLE AROUND

I believed that God is showering us with blessings in different ways. Sometimes He showered us with blessings through other people around us.

I am grateful for the friends that I have, church mates and God parents. They are always there for me and most of the time they share their blessings with us through fruits and vegetables that they have. Our table is filled with food most of the time from them.

This morning, one of my god mother went to our house before she went to work and gave me her simple present for my birthday. It might be small for others but big enough for me that she is thinking about me and remembering my birthday. This is my god mother Helen, she always remembers me, she is really my second mother. I always thank God too for her life.

MY BIRTHDAY PRAYERS

Today, I prayed to God to be with me in this another year, that He will guide me always. I asked again for a good health not just for me for my family, friends and all the people around me. I prayed for protection, safety, knowledge and wisdom.

I prayed for a strong faith that despite all the trials in life, I will stand strong and in faith. I prayed that He will bless me abundantly in all aspects of my life. Above all I prayed for safe, healthy and normal delivery of our second baby.

I AM GRATEFUL AND BLESSED AT 36❤️.
