Entrenar el tren superior es fundamental, muchos nos enfocamos en las piernas, sobre todo las chicas, pero dedicar tiempo a nuestros brazos y espalda es tan importante como hacer un día de glúteos, al entrenar la espalda logramos la ilusión de tener una cintura más pequeña, mientras que al trabajar los hombros les daremos ese aspecto redondo que a muchos nos encanta.

Training the upper body is essential, many of us focus on the legs, especially girls, but spending time on our arms and back is as important as doing a gluteus day, by training the back we achieve the illusion of having a smaller waist, while working the shoulders will give them that rounded look that many of us love.
Include to your lifestyle a healthy diet, rest and hydration, let's stay active.
