A darlo todo este día para recibir el fin de semana, te comparto una rutina de cuerpo completo con una pesa, solo eso requieres para trabajar todo tu cuerpo, esta variación me gusta aplicarla cuando tengo un par de días sin entrenar y quiero activar mi cuerpo, corta, precisa, exigente y no requieres de grandes implementos.

Como nota adicional recuerda llevar una alimentación sana, descansar e hidratarte.
