INITIATIVE #124 Ladies of Hive How do I remember? Aloe vera in my LIFE 💪💖 || INICIATIVA #124 Ladies of Hive ¿Como hago para recordar? || La Aloe vera en mi VIDA [Esp - Eng]
Hello again reader friends
Today I return to this beautiful community with a new weekly initiative, super grateful ... Thank you very much and Blessings.
Once upon a time there was a very sweet and straightforward lady who taught me how to remember the strings of a guitar. I was amused, so this week we want to know what fun ways do you use to remember useful information?
A new question and very interesting indeed, it really gets me thinking about how I go about remembering information in my day to day life haha.
I really have a lot of things to remember in the day, I'm a very organized person, but really my ADHD does its thing a lot of times, and to me I get the idea to do two things at the same time and I actually focus on one and completely forget the other, and then for a while I remember, and that affects me a lot, so I decided to do one thing at a time and set an alarm to organize myself to do another action.... Yes guys, I'm a bit distracted
Sometimes even when I forget a part of a choreography. It's a lot of things, I usually have different ways of remembering, now that I think about it some of them are super fun haha.

Some time ago when I had an evaluation at university, I was super nervous, I studied all the day before, practicing and understanding every paragraph I saw in the book, that day I had eaten a grape gum that I had bought and it so happens that my mother had told me that as I had eaten a gum the day before, I should eat one of the same flavor in full evaluation... You may think I'm crazy but it worked, it was the coolest thing that ever happened to me haha.
So eating a piece of gum once in a while has helped me remember a lot of things in my day to day life, and that makes a lot of things a lot easier for me
When I'm dancing, unfortunately it gets a little complicated to chew and dance, because I tend to fill up with air and it hurts, so I don't do the gum thing when I'm learning a choreography, I do something more weird and fun. The best, I learn my choreography and give love to my stomach at the same time haha.
There are many things that we do to remember something specific in our life and more if it is work or a hobby, or as I said in our day to day life and sometimes the things we least expect to do whether they are funny or a little more serious are the ones that help us remember the most.
Spices and herbs are often used for medicinal purposes.
Which is your favorite and what do you use it for?

I have always loved Aloe vera, it is magnificent, it has helped me a lot regarding the quality of my skin. I hope you can try it and see how it goes.

¡Hola @jennivic!
¡Saludos!

La verdad que si, es una maravilla.. Muchas gracias @tiaene
You have received 1.0000 LOH for posting in Ladies of Hive. We believe that you should be rewarded for the time and effort spent in creating articles. The goal is to encourage token holders to accumulate and hodl LOH tokens over a long period of time.
There are tricks and ways to learn everything, you just need to know it. Chewing a gum and remembering is something I am hearing it new.
Aloe is my favorite one too.
Excelente estrategia ☺️
