Recently I acquired four Black Copper Maran baby chicks. Black Copper Marans are known to produce some of the finest, dark brown eggs of all chicken species. They will make a lovely addition to my flock, and their eggs will make a lovely addition to my breakfast. Here's a look at one of the lil fluff balls falling asleep in the palm of my hand.
