My 2022 STEPN Recap Statistics

Today I received an email from STEPN with a recap of my use of STEPN in 2022. I had a total of 196 runs and earned 8,481.24 GST tokens throughout the year. I also burned over 66,000 calories! Not too shabby. I plan to increase ALL of those numbers over the course of 2023. Between @actifit and STEPN, getting exercise has never felt more productive!

Awesome! Over 1,000km in 301 days.

I hiked about 700-800km last year. My new shoes look well worn now haha, but still work fine.
Sure it was in mountains and such, but to me it's a huge distance in general since I hate running. Always impressed by those big yearly numbers, it's hard to stick to it consistently. Nice work, keep at it.

Did you sell the tokens as you went to reinvest/cash out, or did you hold most of?

Greatest performance dude. I also go for a daily running but can't run more than two kilometers because my feet start hurting. I didn't use Stepn app last year but this year I am using actifit daily. And trying to increase my running capacity daily so that I can run four kilometers daily in the coming days.
