Wandering CEBU (Part 6) | Temple of Leah ❤️

When was the last time your husband or boyfriend bought you something? Had he created something special out of the blue? A surprise maybe. How do you feel? Isn't it special and romantic?

What if I told you that this temple was built out of love? His one and only true and wonderful love. He created it as a symbol of his devotion to his one and only wife. Isn't it sweet? Sana all

To all Cebuanos, this place isn't new to us because there are a lot of photos spread all over the social media of those who had been to this temple. But for those who haven't yet, I got your back.😉

TEMPLE OF LEAH is Teodorico Soriano Adarna's gesture of love for his late wife Leah Albino Adarna, a partner for 53 years. They are the grandparents of Filipina actress Ellen Adarna. The entire structure is a devotion of love of a husband to his wife of 53 years. Forever in love really does exists.

This temple is a popular tourist destination in Cebu. Still in the barangay of Busay. It was said that the temple has its own art gallery, library, museum, and bar, but I wasn't able to see them when we went because I was too tired to wander around after a long day of touring. I just spent my time taking photos of my loving parents - the perfect symbol of love for me, in a place built for love.

You can also see the entire city of Cebu from the temple, which adds to the attraction and makes the location very popular with tourists. Every day, many local and foreign tourists visit the Temple. Not only that, but also the destination we had first visited.

The temple can't be called a temple without these life size statues. A lion, roman gladiators and angels all over the place. A fountain that made it more picture perfect, very instagrammble.

If you happen to visit Cebu, you may want to add this in your travel list including the ones that we've visited; Buwakan ni Alejandra and Sirao Garden.

The Temple of Leah is open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., and entrance fee is P100.00 per person.
