Wandering Cebu (Part 5) | Little Amsterdam of Cebu

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my wandering Cebu series. We had lunch after visiting Buwakan ni Alejandra. Then we proceed to our next destination. This time, we're going to this well-known tourist destination, which is still accessible in Cebu Transcentral Highway (Busay-Sirao-Balamban).
Sirao Flower Garden quickly became the most well-known tourist attraction after going viral in 2015. This bright flower garden is just one of the highlights of my first visit. After visiting Buwakan ni Alejandra, we went to Sirao Garden, which has a lot of photo opportunities and instagram-worthy photos. Aside from a sea of flowers, they also have* two windmills*, their famous nest, a heart-shaped frame border with the mountain in the background, a giant sunflower and sunflowers, a humongous palm, and many other features. This is ideal for a family trip to reconnect with nature and take a break from the real world.
Their entrance fee is 100 regular pesos ($1.77), 80 ($1.42) for seniors and PWDs. You can stay however long you like for this entrance fee. To get here, from SM City Cebu, ride the 04L jeep to JY Square Lahug. Look for the (wet market) there and ride a habal–habal (motorbike) to Sirao. That would be around 400-600 pesos ($7.10 to $10.65) round trip for two persons with multiple destinations, so it would be nice to include other places in your itinerary, like Temple of Leah. As for us, since we rented a V-hire, we took advantage of going to few spots that comes with the tour package. I'm just not sure how much my cousin and aunts paid for it.
Although our time at Sirao was limited because we had another tourist destination to visit and didn't want to return home late, it was a colorful and happy visit in this flower garden known as Cebu's Little Amsterdam. I haven't yet visited Amsterdam, but Sirao was an unforgettable experience.

Awwe. I've always wanted to come here. It's on my list. So many picture perfect spots, I wonder if the flowers bloom all year round.
