I love shopping -- who would not?

Do you find grocery shopping to be therapeutic? I mean, when you go shopping, your mind appears to relax and you immediately feel happy, right? Personally, as I've grown older, I've found this to be very therapeutic because I can choose from a wide range of items/brands that I want to get or buy. I had the freedom to choose what I wanted and needed. It's very satisfying to me, especially when you're with your friends, is bunos.
When I was younger, every time my mother took me grocery shopping, I jumped for joy because that only meant I could buy and choose what I wanted and have my mother buy it for me. Though my options at the time were limited due to our tight budget, now that I'm an adult, I can buy a lot of it if I want to.
Not long ago, after we ate at Zebuchon in SM Seaside Cebu, @explorewithsasha and @byaheeenilou decided to go grocery shopping. Even if I didn't buy anything, just looking at these very organized shelves, super neat and smelling good, already makes me happy, no matter how long we walked and queued up to the counter. After that, @explorewithsasha treats us to some delicious ice cream at MyChoice Ice cream stall. We were even surprised by how large and sufficient two scoops are.
I hope you all enjoy your grocery shopping as much as I do. Retail therapy is one of the most effective stress relievers we can think of. Have a wonderful Sunday!

I've noticed that supermarkets in Asia tend to be more tidy, colourful and more varied. I wonder why that is?
Really? I thought every supermarkets are like that. 😄 I think its the management who doesn't really like things unorganized. 😁 Marketing strategies. 😊
This would be great for #MarketFriday. Just be more detailed with your post and it's good :D
True but we were just there for a quick shopping, nothing special. Maybe next time. 😁
Ah I see :)
I need ice cream now lol
Look at that long fruit section, ah and I see you were at the Alcohol section, a personal favourite, I must add. Love it
