What's up guys! I'm back for the part 2 of the Graduation Day of my brother. If you haven't read the first part yet, you may read it
H E R E
.

The graduation started at exactly 2:30 (PH Time) in the afternoon held at Danao City Civic Center.

When we arrived which was earlier than the call time, the first batch of the graduates were still in the area busy taking pictures. Because the university have lots of courses, it was impossible to hold the program at once so it was divided in to two schedules, morning and afternoon.

Me and my mother were conveniently able to go straight where we are assign to seat base on the course arrangement. While we were heading inside, I noticed a lot of people were still outside the gymnasium, some are parents helping out their sons and daughthers in wearing their toga, some are vendors selling water and snacks, some are selling garlands and boquet of flowers for the graduates. Unfortunately the students were restricted to buy gardlands/sash for some reason, it should not be included to their attires during the ceremony but they can wear it after when taking photos.

I see different emotions at the time. I can see lots of happy faces, proud moms and dads, friends and relatives. Some were not that happy maybe because something happened or its just the venue that was a bit humid inside. There are also set of friends bringing tarpuline cheering their friend who graduated. Wow very supportive! πŸ˜πŸ‘

We went straight to our respected chairs and I helped my brother wear his toga. My mother was also busy putting some pins underneath the hood in order for it not to move. We both were so excited at this time. Although the gymnasium is air conditioned but due to the big crowd, it can barely cover the whole area. I can barely feel it too. Good thing we brought our handy fans for situations like this - adulting πŸ˜‚. When the program started, students had march towards their assigned chairs depending on their courses.

The university went live at facebook too. For those who are not able to attend at the physical venue, they were still able to witness the special occassion of the students and sent congratulations to them through the help of social media.

It was pretty long 3hrs program but I did not really mind because for me it was nothing compared to the 4 years that my brother had to endure to finish his course, who am I to complain? My heart can't just contain the happiness. The feeling was so overwhelming. I can only imagine how my mother felt deep inside during this moment. I kept on looking at her every once in a while to check if she's crying or bored, hungry or tired but surprisingly she's just smiling the entire time. Happy us! βœ¨πŸ’•πŸ₯°

My brother claiming his deploma at the stage. Because I'm seated way far from the stage, I had to zoom in the photo but it turns out fine. I can still see you bro!

Isn't she pretty?

Of course my father went inside after the program. A blast of people too went in the moment the program ended.

Afterwards, to celebrate this momentous event in our lives, we had our dinner together at this not so fancy restaurant by the sea which is pretty famous in the city, Parola. Their foods were good. My father was able to eat despite of his condition which I'm a bit concern but all is well. We were all full and happily went home.πŸ₯°β€οΈ

Our hearts are so grateful and so thankful to God for His never ending guidance and blessings to my family. Without His love and spiritual guidance, we won't have this kind of event in our lives and without my brother's perserverance and hardwork, he won't be able to harvest what he planted. He truly deserves this gift of appreciation that he can keep forever, that nobody can ever steal.
