Maya and the Three - If it is to be, it's up to me | Impressions and series review

Hello, living beings! Since this series came out it was recommended to me and like the idiot I am I didn't watch it until recently, and I don't regret having taken so long to watch it, but I would have liked to watch it before, this series is too incredible and I can't believe it's for children, it has too much death, destruction and despair, it made me cry, no, it was horrible, I love it.

Maya and the Three is going to tell us the story of Maya, the princess of the Teca Empire, which existed in the years of a thousand what do you care; the Teca Empire had a legend where One Eagle and Three Tigers would face against Mictlan, the god of war, in a battle to the death for the dominion of the world, and although things are like that in a way, everything is a major confusion because always those legends have many versions and you don't know which one is the right one. Maya discovers the true legend so she has to go to the neighboring kingdoms to find her best warriors to fight alongside her in a final battle against Mictlan, not knowing who will win.

Desde que salió esta serie me la recomendaron y como idiota que soy no la vi hasta hace poco, y no me arrepiento de haber tardado tanto en verla, pero sí me hubiera gustado verla antes, es que esta serie es demasiado increíble y no puedo creer que sea para niños, tiene demasiada muerte, destrucción y desesperación, me hizo llorar, no, fue horrible, me encanta.

Maya y los Tres nos va a contar la historia de Maya, la princesa del Imperio Teca, que existió en los años de mil qué te importa; el Imperio Teca tenía una leyenda donde Un Águila y Tres Tigres se enfrentarían contra Mictlan, el dios de la guerra, en una batalla a muerte por el dominio del mundo, y aunque las cosas son así en cierta forma, todo es una confusión mayor porque siempre esas leyendas tienen muchas versiones y no se sabe cuál es la acertada. Maya descucbre la verdadera leyenda por lo que tiene que ir a los reinos vecinos a buscar a sus mejores guerreros para que luchen junto a ella en una batalla final contra Mictlan, sin saber quién ganará.

Maya will often fall badly, but it is impossible not to feel empathy for someone who wants to be one thing and her family forces her to be something she never wanted to be. More than once we're going to want to smack her upside the head to make her calm down, but no, you have to let her be because then everything gets worse afterward, and her story seems like something out of a Greek legend, and if that's not a spoiler, you'll understand when you watch the series.

This wretched series made me cry about five times, but fuck, I didn't start crying horribly because I was watching it with someone else and no, I had to keep my composure. I told you, there is a lot of death, despair, and destruction, and the best or worst thing is that everything is so well represented that even kids can watch it, I expected a thousand times one thing and the series surprised me with something different that made me love it more and more.

Maya muchas veces va a caer mal, pero es imposible no sentir empatía por alguien que quiere ser una cosa y la familia la obliga a ser algo que nunca quiso ser. Más de una vez vamos a querer darle un golpe en la cabeza para que se calme, pero no, hay que dejarla ser, porque entonces todo se pone peor después, y su historia parece sacada de una leyenda griega, y si eso no es spoiler, lo entenderán cuando vean la serie.

Esta desgraciada serie me hizo llorar unas cinco veces, pero joder, no me puse a llorar horriblemente porque la estaba viendo con alguien más y no, tenía que mantener la compostura. Les dije, hay mucha muerte, desesperación y destrucción, y lo mejor o peor es que todo está tan bien representado que hasta los niños lo pueden ver, esperé mil veces una cosa y la serie me sorprendía con algo diferente que me hacía amarla cada vez más.

The stories of the warriors that Maya must seek and find are horrible, damn, each one sadder than the last, but none beats the story of Maya's Puma, in short, unchecked powers that cause marginalization, prejudice just because of the way you look, and the eternal horror that a decision causes death when you never wanted it that way. Life for all of them was difficult, but having them together makes it all better.

I would have liked it not to have so many clichés, but there are, and even with all those clichés, it is still a better series than many current series or movies are because it teaches you what friendship is, how important honesty is, and that although many times we do not want to do something, we can not avoid it at all, there are sacrifices that must be made voluntarily for the common good of the world, and nothing can change that.

Las historias de los guerreros que Maya debe buscar y encontrar son horribles, joder, cada una más triste que la anterior, pero ninguna le gana a la historia del Puma de Maya, en fin, poderes sin control que casuan marginación, prejuicios solo por la forma en que uno se ve, y el horror eterno de que una decisión causa muerte cuando nunca se quiso así. La vida de todos ellos fue difícil, pero al tenerse juntos todo mejora.

Hubiera querido que no tuviera tantos clichés, pero sí los hay, e incluso con todos esos clichés, sigue siendo una mejor serie de lo que muchas series o películas actuales son, pues te enseña lo que es la amistad, lo importante que es la honestida, y que aunque muchas veces no queremos hacer algo, no podemos evitarlo del todo, hay sacrificios que deben hacerse voluntariamente por el bien común del mundo, y nada lo puede cambiar.

You can watch this series with the full assurance that you are going to like it, you can't miss it, the animation is incredible, the soundtrack is better than we think, and the story is going to be an exquisite thing with its ups and downs that although it is childish, it has too much to teach us, perfect to watch with children and can serve to talk about things that have not been talked about before.

Pueden ver esta serie con la seguridad plena de que les va a gustar, no tiene pérdida alguna, la animacion es increíble, la banda sonora es mejor de lo que creemos, y la historia va a ser una cosa exquisita con sus altos y bajos que si bien es infantil, tiene demasiado para enseñarnos, perfecta para ver con niños y puede servir para hablar cosas de las que no se ha hablado antes.
