Por la puerta de atrás
Holaaaa! Mi nombre es Margarita Morlot, tengo 23 años y soy artista o eso intento. Nací en Holguín pero vivo en Santiago de Cuba.
Soy escritora, pueden encontrarme en Instagram como @j.a.s.p.oems y además formo parte de un proyecto de música urbana que fusiona la experimentación poética con este género, más adelante les contaré sobre esto.
Estoy en Hive gracias a la insistencia de Enrique (@yecier), quien me animó y me aseguró que es una plataforma muy buena para dar a conocer lo que hago y no paró hasta que estuviera acá, pues soy vaga para estas cosas.
Escribo poesía y cuentos cortos, definiría mi escritura como el residuo de mi experiencia en el mundo, la impresión que dejan en mí las personas, el lugar a donde voy a gritar cuando no quiero que me escuchen. Busco deconstruir ciertas cosas, transmutar a otras pieles, infectar a otros con mis preguntas.

Recientemente descubrí que me encanta hacerme autorretratos, creo son testigos de mis transmutaciones. Los uso como apoyo visual para mis poemas. Siempre me han gustado las artes visuales, quiero incursionar más a fondo en este tipo de expresión artística, espero que me acompañen en ese camino.
Me gradué de la universidad con una Licenciatura en Comunicación Social, aunque les confieso que mi sueño siempre fue estudiar en una escuela de arte. De todas formas entré al mundo artístico, dicen que a veces es mejor por la puerta de atrás.
Los invito a entrar por la puerta de atrás conmigo, a gritar, a hacerse preguntas, a viajar y habitar otras pieles. A hacer de su estadía en este mundo una experiencia extraordinaria.

Helloooo! My name is Margarita Morlot, I'm 23 years old, and I'm an artist or at least I try to be. I was born in Holguín but now I live in Santiago de Cuba.
I am a writer, you can find me on Instagram as @j.a.s.p.oems and I am also part of an urban music project that merges poetic experimentation with this genre; I will tell you more about this later.
I am on Hive thanks to the insistence of Enrique (@yecier), who encouraged me and assured me that it is a very good platform to showcase what I do, and he didn't stop until I was here, as I am lazy for these things.
I write poetry and short stories; I would describe my writing as the residue of my experience in the world, the impression that people leave on me, the place where I go to scream when I don't want to be heard. I seek to deconstruct certain things, transmute into other skins, infect others with my questions.

I recently discovered that I love taking self-portraits; I believe they witness my transmutations. I use them as visual support for my poems. I have always enjoyed visual arts, and I want to delve deeper into this form of artistic expression; I hope you will accompany me on that journey.
I graduated from university with a degree in Social Communication, although I confess that my dream was always to study at an art school. Nevertheless, I entered the world of art; they say that sometimes it's better to enter through the back door.
I invite you to enter through the back door with me, to scream, to ask questions, to travel and inhabit other skins. To make your stay in this world an extraordinary experience!
