When you get in a slump or rut... How do you get out of it?

Hello everyone this is a topic we all have gone through at some
point (and will again) that's for sure.

Where everything seems to be going well and then out of nowwhere
one day (Boom). We just don't have the drive to do much of anything if at all.

Sure could be feeling under the weather and you are doing good just to get out of bed.

But usually it's from trying to do to much at one time and not
getting the results wanted.

There are many different causes of why we fall into a slump or
rut.

But never fear Good News! It doesn't last that long or forever
and we can get out of it almost as quick as we got in it.

There are many different ways to help but I will only touch on
one.

That is to take a step back and evaluate your work load and
what it is you are wanting to achieve and accomplish.

Break it down to baby steps if you will if needed. Most of our
daily routines are just that a routine.

Something we could probaly do on auto pilot (to a certain degree)
but when we throw something new into the mix we can easily get
overwhelmed.

Then we start trying to compensate which can lead to frustration,
unsureness and we begin to think we are just spinning our wheels.

Even if you don't follow my tip on this subject... at least look it up and see if you can get more advice.
