Walking around Bangkok (17 more pics) - #JarvieInThailand
Previously I shared pictures from Bangkok... well i was there like 4 days so here are 17 more images primarily from our free day walking around and another day hanging out at the sunday market.
I didn't really go to a lot of temples while in thailand... but i did get to see a few at least from the outside. I was actually surprised at how much of a tourist trap some of them were AND how expensive a couple of them are. But they do have some nice buildings for sure.
MONITOR LIZARDS
We ended up at a park because we were tired of all the walking and heat... we saw these lizards and I went and read about them it was an interesting read... i thought the lizards were really cool looking. Apparently the sentiment in thailand is that they kinda hate them.
PLANTS
THE STREETS
Put on a fair amount of miles walking around Bangkok... probably not as many miles as other cities i've visited. However, when it's as hot and humid as it was it sure seemed like a lot. And i did find a few roads that I enjoyed photographing.
THE MARKET
Here's the thing there could have been a ton of photo opportunities at the Sunday Market... but I wasn't feeling so good and I feel like they have a lot of people come with cameras and it didn't really feel like the right time and place to take pictures so I didn't do that much.
#JarvieInThailand
These are pictures from my trip to thailand. I was there for about 2 weeks during and after #SteemFest 4. I traveling with some old friends and took a lot of photography... about 4000+ images that turned into over 150 great people pictures and over 250 scenic shots... in particular images of the south of Thailand in the beach/island area.
Enjoy the post check out the others clicking #JarvieInThailand

That's all i have for BANGKOK... next posts will focus on the Island/Beach parts of Thailand.
Beautiful pics again! Love the colors :)
Looking forward to them island/beach pics...
Great images, wouldn't expect anything less from you!!! I thought all the temples were free? How come you had to pay?
@tipu curate
All the ones downtown had a charge... I suppose many temples not in touristy areas probably don't charge much if at all.
The main temple was legitimately just way too much money for me to want to pay it no matter what country it was in.
Also not being open at sunrise or sunset meant as a photographer it wasn't ideal. But dang they were impressive buildings.
