My team today ...

They are you, and in this experience of the last weekend this year 2023, I wish you the same as always to (keep us alive, really alive) I share with you my ancestral recipe, which throughout my life trajectory, even when adversity has visited me, practical on a daily basis, is to add to life more physical activity, more immersion in nature, more liking for what you do, having a soul friend, good companions, a lot of social and affective interaction to achieve goals (however small they may be) and the cherry on the cake is to add laughter, hugs, in addition to leaving the problems where you can solve them and not always carrying them on your back like a backpack... Voilà!

Nothing starts today, and nothing ends. At least I'm the same as always, and I want the same thing every day.

And we are definitely getting older because time does not stop, everything I am writing to you today is so important, that we must accept ourselves, as we are getting older with a slightly bulging belly, wavy skin, hair that is no longer a mane, wrinkles, everything is changing, but it is nothing more than an absolute reality that more than overwhelm us we must continue to love each other, enjoying what we like, our landscapes, our children, family and our profession…

Every morning I close my eyes for a while to thank and remember that I have spirit and that I am alive (really alive). Age does not take away from me the flirty, and creative, I will always be the same with a few more years of loving me, hahaha and I also do not want injections in the face trying to “cover up” my age.

Every day I want to surprise myself at mid-afternoon with an involuntary smile of gratitude in thought, and if I don't succeed, I strive to turn my sorrows into seawater, so that then they are the ones that give me meaning.

Today and always, I want to know that I turn on lights, or at least try to turn them on. Every day "I am" like my children, my family, my friends, my loves, and in every year that comes as long as I still have life it will be the same too.

My resolutions for 2024...

The same ones of this year that says goodbye, arrivederchi, and doing many experiments (with me as an experimental subject), perfecting my "yes" for all adventure proposals, increasing my creativity to dream and plan for many others.

I want to be in front of them... discovering portals in each person I stumble upon, having the magic to turn the simple things in life into delicious events, embracing myself in the face of challenges and inventing the character.

And why not? ... To go towards the light and the renewal of hope in everything I do, and to let nature (including the human being) teach me... let it all add up. I always want to know that I am loved and loved, that this is my personal seal, and to repeat the prayer in which I ask God that whoever sees me sees him and that wherever I am he is.
