Una Cake para Jaskel [ESP-ENG]

El fin de semana pasado mi prima me pidió que le hiciera una cake para su cumpleaños, un encuentro familiar donde disfrutamos en familia.

Last weekend my cousin asked me to make her a cake for her birthday, a family gathering where we enjoyed as a family.

En esta publicación mas allá que una receta quiero compartir con ustedes el momento de la reunión familiar donde el reencuentro fue el protagonista de todo.
Esos instante donde podemos actualizarnos de los acontecimientos familiares son tan gratificantes que el tiempo transcurre en un abrir y cerrar de ojos.
Particularmente fue todo un gusto hacer este pastel para compartir con un grupo pequeño de la familia donde las risas y carcajadas no dejaron de estar presentes.
In this publication, beyond a recipe, I want to share with you the moment of the family reunion where the reunion was the protagonist of everything.
Those moments where we can update ourselves on family events are so gratifying that time passes in the blink of an eye.
It was a particular pleasure to make this cake to share with a small group of the family where laughter and guffaws did not stop being present.

El biscocho no lo hice con los siguientes ingredientes: 3 huevos, 220 ml de leche, 350 gramos de harina de trigo leudante, 2 tazas de azúcar, 200 gramos de mantequilla, 2 cucharadas de esencia de vainilla, una pizca de sal y 2 cucharaditas de polvo de hornear.
Utilice una bandeja de 16" y preparé tres biscochos iguales.

I did not make the biscuit with the following ingredients: 3 eggs, 220 ml of milk, 350 grams of self-rising wheat flour, 2 cups of sugar, 200 grams of butter, 2 tablespoons of vanilla essence, a pinch of salt and 2 teaspoons of baking powder.

I used a 16" pan and made three of the same biscuits

La preparación del biscocho lo hice respetando siempre la mezcla de los ingredientes seco y luego los sólidos y batiendo la misma durante 7 minutos luego de estar homogénea, para lograr la esponjosidad deseada.
Luego al horno para su cocción a 180°C por 40 minutos y posteriormente una vez fría realice el relleno y la decoración.
En esta oportunidad mi prima no quería un pastel muy llamativo, me solicito algo muy sencillo.

I prepared the biscuit always respecting the mixture of the dry ingredients and then the solids and beating it for 7 minutes after being homogeneous, to achieve the desired sponginess.

Then to the oven for cooking at 180 ° C for 40 minutes and later, once cold, make the filling and decoration.
This time my cousin did not want a very flashy cake, she asked me for something very simple

El relleno del pastel lo hice con crema chantilly , fresas y nueces trituradas.
La decoración con la misma crema y perlas plateadas, con efecto de textura rustica algo que esta muy de moda.

I made the cake filling with chantilly cream, strawberries and crushed walnuts.

The decoration with the same cream and silver pearls, with a rustic texture effect, something that is very fashionable.

Lo mas importante fueron esos momento de reencuentro con la familia que tanto falta nos hace sobre todo a los que hemos salido de nuestro país y tenemos tanto tiempo sin estar con nuestra familia.

The most important thing was those moments of reunion with the family that we need so much, especially those of us who have left our country and have so much time without being with our family.

Afortunadamente la familia que ha migrado a Argentina todos están en la capital lo que nos ha permitido realizar este reencuentro familiar y disfrutar de gratos momentos, que extrañaba muchísimo.

Amigaaaa, uno ve esa torta y el antojo no puede evitar hacer su triunfal aparición. Que deliciosa se ve. Te felicito, eres una especialista en repostería. Tus tortas y postres son geniales. Que rico compartir en familia un poste elaborado por tus propias manos, eso significa que te queda fabuloso los dulces y la familia es parte del jurado. Me gusta el relleno y también el estilo rústico de la torta. Felicidades por el encuentro y sabor para festejar.
