Last Sunday, I went for a walk around Victoria Park to attend the Flower Show, and it was such a wonderful day. After being stopped due to the pandemic for four years, the flower show finally reopened. And since restrictions were already lifted, the show must go on!

Hong Kong Flower Show happens annually during spring. And it seems that this will be our new life and a new beginning since we were already freed from Covid restrictions. The symbolism of spring just happened here.

People gathered in one place to witness Bliss in Bloom, the theme of this year's flower show. Flowers, as well, were beautiful in their full bloom. There were a lot of attractions including different flower arrangements from different participants in Asia, landscapes arranged by different local districts, and flower gardens with different themes. There were different shows and activities as well.

Among all decorations, what attracts the visitors more were the cute animal-shaped flower decorations. Here are some of them.

Different colors of dolphins along with a seahorse and octopus.

I initially assumed that this was a crab, but as I looked at its back, it wasn't a crab but a creature with a cone-shaped shell which I don't know its name, lol.

Purple cute birds were flexing their wings. There were cute bees and ducks too. You can scroll up to see their photos.

In all honesty, I don't know these characters. Do you know them? They were everywhere and probably from one of the sponsors. Some were riding the train, some were in the flower gardens, and some were on the farm harvesting some crops.

On my way out in the afternoon, I stumbled upon this cute Piverse mascot who just arrived to greet the visitors. Piverse probably is one of the sponsors. Its name reminded me of the crypto Pi. Does it still exist? 😅

What a grand flower show sis! This reminded me of a friend who used to work with a Chinese company and they often participated and made displays there every spring some years back.
