RE: The Buy, Borrow, Die Strategy | Creating Long-Term Wealth With Crypto

My personal opinion about debt financing is somewhat of a No No as I don't really know a lot about the subject; I'm going to research more. The strategy seems nice, the only thing I find fearful is passing the debt to my children, isn't there a way to offset the debt, in the strategy above you gain from upside growth of the asset but it wasn't clear if you simultaneously pay the debts, if that's how it works then I'm down for it.

Aside that, the fact that we will be able to take collateralized loans on leo will be awesome for me to try this strategy once and check how it weighs on me, I just have one question should we leave our leo coins liquid or staked to still partake in this. Love to see more of your articles.

Debt is a tool and like many tools - for example, a chainsaw - it can be used to create leverage to radically improve your life. Or you could accidentally cut your own leg off

The key is educating yourself on the tool and then using it in practice to get better at it.

Debt is no different. There are many ways to use debt to your advantage. Start small, practice and educate yourself. You'll find a lot of value in this
