Suncheon Restaurant Utjang Gukbap Alley Hyangchon Restaurant 1st place, only soup served with soup

On our way to Mokpo, we had a late lunch in Suncheon.
Originally, I was going to stop by on the way to Mokpo, but I turned to 'Dick Restaurant'.
On the way to Busan, I found a Suncheon restaurant Utjang Gukbap Alley Hyangchon
Restaurant.

After exiting the highway, after walking for a while, I saw the Utjang public parking lot.
After parking and entering the market, Suncheon Utjang-gukbap Street caught my eye.

The information board at the entrance is divided into Building C, Building B, and Building A.
About 20 soup restaurants such as Come Again, Sekwang Restaurant, Seongsu-gukbap, and

When it was past 2pm, when I entered the market, there were lines on both sides of the
market.
The restaurant was generally quiet, probably because it was past lunch time.

After looking around once, I came back and found it once before.
We headed to Hyangchon Sikdang, the first house at the entrance of the market that I remember.

It's past 2 o'clock, but what kind of people are there in the room?
There were many elderly guests, mostly locals.

Looking at the country of origin label next to it, pork, rice, and kimchi are good domestic products ~~
Since there are a lot of people, I stood close to take a picture of the menu board and returned to my seat.
"Tell me what to do~"
The old lady, who was standing at the counter, asked.
“I liked it so I took it.”

It is simple, but suitable for a side dish with soup.

The sauce is prepared as a set of 3, including salted shrimp, ssamjang, and red pepper paste.
Salt in Seoul, Ssamjang in Busan, and Chogochujang in Jeolla-do.
They say they eat it with dipping, so you can eat it according to your own taste.

I only ordered soup, but pork broth with sundae
Serve it generously with long chives.

No matter how generous it is, the Jeolla-do market is said to be the heart of the market.
It was a different class for service.

The thick flesh cut into large pieces was dipped in ssamjang and eaten.
A cup of makgeolli reminded me of a cup of makgeolli, but I comforted it with just one glass of beer.

I tried it with leek and dipping it in chogochujang.
Suyuk and sundae, which are different delicacies, are quite delicious.
But if you provide a service like this, is there anyone who will raise you up?

This is the pork head soup that came out while I was eating beef broth.
Topped with chives and red sauce.

When I looked inside, there were bean sprouts in it and it was blowing up and down.
When you take a bite of the clear broth, you can feel the rich smell of pork.

Although it is called pork soup, it contains leek and bean sprouts, so it feels like eating with
vegetables.
It felt clean and the sauce was slightly spicy when the seasoning was mixed, and the taste
was good.
At the Suncheon restaurant Utjang-gukbap alley, I ate delicious soup with beef broth.
It is said that the soup service that represents Utjang Market is basic wherever you go.
Is it because of the seat that it is the number 1 restaurant in the village with an unusually
large number of customers?
