Happy day coffee lovers, I also wish you a happy, creative and productive start to the week, I hope you all are surrounded by many energies, blessings, and good vibes, in my imaginary conversations every day in front of a cup of coffee, today I share a poem inspired by the art - a craft that performs: The barista.

Feliz día amantes del café,tambien les deseo un feliz, creativo y productivo comienzo de semana, espero que todos esten rodeados de muchas energias, bendiciones y buenas vibras , en mis imaginarias conversaciones todos los días frente a una taza de café, hoy les comparto un poema inspirado en el arte - oficio que realiza: El barista.


Between cups and coffee beans
begins the sublime journey
that the barista provokes us
first with the aroma
and then with the multiple
flavors that emanate from his art
emanate like an alchemist ...

As a medieval knight
fights to the death with the dragon
that dwells in every machine
making the sacred fire
of his art and craft to achieve
victory, and the precious grain
tastes like poetry in every mouth ...

With each drop extracted from the grain
our senses are enraptured
and are transported to another dimension
where the barista with his magic
envelops us in subtle aromas
that take us to other worlds
where everything gravitates around him ...

Drawing in each cup a mystery
bringing smiles to the soul
the barista with his art - craft
gives us the essence
and the hidden substance
behind the alchemy of roasting
the hidden treasure of a good coffee ...

Entre tazas y granos de café
comienza el sublime viaje
que el barista nos provoca
primero con el aroma
y luego con los multiples
sabores que de su arte
emanan cual alquimista ...

Como un caballero medieval
lucha a muerte con el dragon
que habita en cada maquina
haciendo que el fuego sagrado
de su arte y oficio alcance
la victoria, y el preciado grano
tenga sabor a poesia en cada boca ...

Con cada gota extraida del grano
nuestros sentidos se embelesan
y trastocan a otra dimensión
donde el barista con su magia
nos envuelve en sutiles aromas
que nos llevan a otros mundos
donde todo gravita a su alrededor ...

Dibujando en cada taza un misterio
sacando sonrisas en el alma
el barista con su arte - oficio
nos entrega la esencia
y la sustancia que se esconden
tras la alquimia del tostado
el tesoro oculto de un buen café ...
