Messing up with Wild Snakes in Red Dead Redemption 2.

Sometimes I see wild snakes in this game and sometime I found peoples getting bitted by one of them. I noticed even the horses are scare of those tiny snakes and I'm just too scared of snakes in real life that I can't even look at them but in this virtual world of RDR 2, I end up killing and skinning these snakes most of the time I see them.

This time I'm going to show some of my messing up moments with some wild snakes and skinning them.

If I'm not wrong, this is my very first encounter with a wild snake in this game and I hope you'll trust me if I say it happened back in December 2022. Yes, I'm playing this game from 2022 and I'm trying to enjoy every bit of my playing this game so I'm going slow.

I was still new to this game when the bounty hunters would take me down wherever they'd found me and in comparing to that time, I'm a lot advanced in this game now.

So after getting to this summer side of the map, I was riding my horse in one sunny day and I noticed this snake moving in the open right beside me. I decided to check on it and see what it does if I get close to it.

And the snake has bitten and poisoned me which would cause my health core to drain. I was suggested to eat a health herb but I don't think I had some. If I'm not wrong, I just tried a health tonic and got rid of it. Then what happened to the snake?

I killed it and I skinned it and I later sold the skin to somewhere probably to buy antidote for such poisons or maybe I used them to take a shower, lol.

Its another day night, September 2023. I was riding my horse in the dark in the open and suddenly my horse started spooking and I noticed a snake was there in under a plant. I got off my horse and then, you should know what happened then, right?

This is recent, February 2024. Do you remember me capturing sunrise and sunset photos for the contest? No? Check this post then to remember. So when I was capturing sunrise photos from the swamp close to St Denis, I suddenly noticed this snake was also enjoying the sunrise with me.

I didn't take time to kill it as it might bit me in a very short time and then I took it up on my shoulder to capture this legendary picture of carrying a big snake on my shoulder. I wish it was alive and my pet so it wouldn't bite me and stays on my shoulder at the same time though I can't imagine that for the real life.

And then I started skinning it off. Skinning these tiny animals is easier and Arthur can carry these skins in his shoulder bag so I don't need a horse or something to carry them where I need my horse to stow the skins of big animals like deer or beer.

When I was done skinning off the snake, I just threw away the body when it looked naked. It looks like Deadpool without costume and masked on, lol. I had many more encounters with wild snakes in this game but I didn't capture photos of every moments and I talked about some of them in other posts.

Here I'm finishing the post for today and I'll come talk about more special RDR 2 gaming moments in Gaming Photography.

"The screenshots are my take but properties of Red Dead Redemption 2."

As you never played it and if you wish to buy something next, I'd suggest you keep this one on top of your list if possible.

There are a lot of snake anecdotes from what I see hahaha, I actually love that pose of Arthur with the snake on his shoulder, now I realize you can sell the skins, but is the rest of the body you threw away good for anything or is it even for food?

Haha, yes.

I tried my best to find that angle and I loved it.

When I skin the animals or these snakes, I get some other things as well like fangs or something else but what I throw away, gets wasted and maybe some bird eats them later in the virtual world.

Man, you've been playing it since 2022? how amazing, I think it's really cool that you're taking your time on this game, you obviously have to be with how huge and fun it is, anything can happen, amazing screenshots.

I wish to keep playing it at least till RDR 3 comes in my hand and I don't know when that'll be. This game is too awesome that I don't wish to finish it in a short time so I'm going slow.
