My Actifit Report Card: April 30 2023

How's it going guys? This is my yesterday report as usual.

Here’s a view from my place, I’m chilling here while writing this post as today is my “day off”. :)

In the morning I was at home, just relaxing on having a coffee and training. A bit different this time from working every morning. I gotta say it's very good for the body to wake up and do yoga :)

Around noon as usual I went to my other place and had a quick stroll in the city to there.

The afternoon was pretty good, I had the opportunity to go out on another walk and rack up some steps.

This time I did remember to take some photos 😁🙏

In the evening I was mostly chilling and later on met with @mstamatov and other friends.
