Life update: Afternoon bike ride and met some animal friends

Hi Hive friends!

I missed several days of not posting because I was sick since Monday but I am just active on Snaps.

Last weekend, I was very proud of my 5k to 7k steps everyday for three days.

I was doing some arm workout and I lost those back pains.

I was very proud that I thought I could continue to make it at least a week.

But I was wrong.

Last Monday, I dropped my kids at school by bike.

I arrived home and decided to go back to sleep.

Usually, I should have gone do my exercise and home chores.

But nope, I got sick my throat was in pain.

I woke up at 3 PM and told my husband to pick up the kids.

My son was also sick even until yesterday.

Yesterday, the sun was out for a few hours.

My daughter and I went to the park.

And we met a horse and a donkey going home.

At least, it was fun to see them before the rain comes back.

We showed the photos to my son who is still sick until now.

I did some 15 minutes of exercise at the park but never made it to 5k steps.

I am not disappointed and it is better to move than nothing.

Hoping and praying that my son will feel better tomorrow.

The cold weather is making us sick.

I am requesting to my husband that we need vitamins C and D especially for the kids.
