Boracay Island Hopping with Friends

Hi, Hive friends! Let me take you to Boracay Island, one of the hottest destinations in the Philippines, visited by both locals and international guests. It was my first time in Boracay with friends, and it happened in 2014. Oh, so I just found out I can add this to the #winterchallenge, my sixth entry after all. Hehe!

Boracay Island Hopping

I have blogged about Boracay in the past, so this is just a continuation. One of the activities we did was island hopping. People arrived getting ready for their boat but they were also taking photos around because it was a lovely day.

Other people were getting ready for their Banana Boat ride activity. This is a fun activity with friends.

We were on our fast boat bringing us to our different activities.

Of course, I want a photo I look cute here though. Hahaha!

Look at those white sand beaches. Lovely island Boracay.

I forgot which activity we need to do. But I remember there was helmet diving. The sad thing was I had a problem doing the activity. My ears were in pain.

No underwater photos as we had no underwater camera at that time. Only the company provided us with the underwater photos after the activity.

This was our speedboat ride like a VIP. Hehe!

Filipino celebrities sightings

Boracay Island is popular among Filipino celebrities. We met Solenn Heussaf and Regine Velasquez.

They were very accommodating and it is expected that normal Filipinos would love to take photos with them.

Solenn Heussaff is half French/half Filipino, she is pretty.

And there is Regine Velasquez, a popular singer in the Philippines. We call her the Asia's Song Bird, thanks to her great voice.

All my friends love to have photos taken with Solenn Heussaff so I took their photos. I was their willing photographer. Haha!

It's good to see celebrities without their make-up.

The girls got excited when we found out that a young male celebrity named Daniel Padilla was in the same place as we were. We never thought he was that tall. Sorry for the blurred photos but at least, I was in this photo. Hahaha!

He was also popular not just among female fans but also with male fans. Hahaha!

LOL, sometimes we think it is just once in a lifetime to meet a local celebrity so better take advantage of photos with them.

And the girls couldn't help but feel giddy. Hahaha! It was a fun encounter.
