A Robot Served Me Asparagus Lettuce - Recommending an Excellent Asian Restaurant in Elche 🤖😋 | 吃到机器人送来的鲜嫩莴笋

During the Easter holiday, I tried some authentic Chinese food, including one of my favorite vegetables, asparagus lettuce, also known as celtuce/stem lettuce/Chinese lettuce. I was overjoyed because it's quite hard to find fresh celtuce in a western market, and the delicious dish is also difficult to come by in most Chinese restaurants in Europe. What's more exciting is that they were served by robots.😃

The other dishes were delectable as well. For the western tastebuds, you can also get those typical localised Asian cuisines from another non-Chinese menu here. All the food and drinks cost slightly more than 30 euros, which is roughly half of the average price in Western Europe. The non-robot staff are as friendly :), and there is a large garden in addition to the spacious rooms with music performance. Strongly recommended!

最近吃到地道中餐，真是太激动啦。几个月来已经基本尝遍这边的本地菜，很多时候自己做饭，偶尔也吃吃那些西化的亚洲餐，没想到还能吃上新鲜莴笋，感觉好幸福······

虽然这家餐厅名字起的是日文，标牌上也说是fusion cuisine，但一走进去看到前台的同胞们，瞬间就明白了一切。:D 我带着99%的信心问前台大哥说汉语吗，那位大哥爽快地直接问我要不要纯中文菜单，我就有一种很祥的预感，接下来果然没有失望。

点菜时看到菜单上写着"时令蔬菜"，问侍应美女当季的是什么，报出了几样，一听到有莴笋，毫不犹豫就点了。然后看到机器人送上来的鲜嫩嫩绿油油的一大盘子莴笋，我简直要感动得眼泪哗哗······ 没有夸张，好久没在西方吃过这么美味的莴笋了。别说西餐馆和本地化的亚洲餐厅，就连大城市里稍微正宗点的中餐馆也少有供应，生鲜莴笋更是很难买到，偶尔吃到的几次也没这么赞。有胡萝卜和黑木耳我已经很满足了，还伴着几丁腊肉，太给力了。

还点了常客麻婆豆腐、五香牛肉和牛百叶，我就不扯什么营养健康之类的虚幻概念了，就一个词，好吃! 如果再加一个词，那就是分量足!! 装菜的盘子比我脸还大几圈，很有气势，我们两个大胃王一番狂吃，到最后都没能扫光，还打了包带走。加上白米饭，椰子汁和王老吉，总共才三十几欧，只有西欧一半花费，很实惠。

可能因为是小地方，周围没看到其他亚洲人，很多当地人和西北欧人拖家带口来尝鲜。他们点的多是那些常见的西化甜酱餐，除了送餐机器人，我们点的这些"不寻常"菜也引来旁边桌们好奇的目光，眼里写着"这都是些什么鬼呀······" 又是默默开启相互同情模式的时刻XD。

餐厅面积很大，里里外外好几大间，还有钢琴古筝乐器表演。外面的花园也很宽敞，蓝天白云，阳光和煦，小孩子们在开心地玩耍，海外亚洲餐馆标配之一尊佛像慈祥地注视着我们这些来吃饭的芸芸众生。总之，是个非常不错的吃饭休闲好去处，必须推荐，地址见上面。
