A Photo Journey of Cala Calafato 🏖🌊 | 面朝大海 气候干燥

Hello Hivers and Likers! Today, we'll take a look at Cala Calafato, a peaceful cove on Spain's Costa Dorada. Remember the word "cala" I mentioned earlier? The Catalan term for a "cove." I discovered this lovely little gem by looking through the calas and their topography on GoogleMaps. :)

Costa Dorada, which translates as "Golden Coast," is known for its stunning views of sandy beaches, unspoiled towns, and bustling resorts. Cala Calafato is located south of Tarragona and has a Mediterranean climate. Succulents and cacti are flourishing along the blue sea and white houses, as evidenced by my photos. The buildings are mostly vacation homes, but many of them are empty during the off-season.

还记得我之前有一次提到的"cala"吗？是加泰罗尼亚地区的小海湾们。这次再来介绍一个，叫Cala Calafato，在Tarragona的南边，位于黄金海岸上（这个名字似乎很受欢迎，很多地方都有黄金海岸······）。 也是在地图上看名称和地形找到的，开过去一看，果然不错，一派明媚的地中海风光。

明媚归明媚，气候也是典型的地中海，很干燥，从照片可以看出来，遍地是裸露的岩石和砂土，仙人掌和多肉类植物肆意生长，欣欣向荣。漫步在西班牙东海岸，常常感觉自己就像一粒行走的葡萄干～:D 虽然"面朝大海、春暖花开"的标题听起来更美，但其实这里并没有多少花儿，我也就不牵强了XD。

高处的那些白房子大多是度假屋，在这个时节有不少都是空置着。如果让我选，反而会现在过来住，因为等到夏天真的会很热啊～ 主要是很多有孩子的家庭只能趁着暑假空档出行。在一众西北欧人全家出动去度假的夏天，我觉得还是呆在原地比较合适，不冷不热刚刚好。而饱受阴冷的他们，好多人都会在夏季跑去烈日炎炎的南欧沙滩上躺个几天或几周，A面晒完翻B面，忙着美黑。
