Hola de Hive hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un fragmento de una tarde de deportes junto a mis primos, quienes han venido de vacaciones a pasar unos días en el apartamento donde vivo. Hemos hecho de todo un poco hasta al momento, hemos jugado videojuegos, subido la montaña, ido al rio, y practicado deporte.

Hello from Hive today I want to share with you a fragment of an afternoon of sports with my cousins, who have come on vacation to spend a few days in the apartment where I live. We have done a little bit of everything so far, we have played video games, climbed the mountain, gone to the river, and played sports.

En la tarde bajamos a la cancha para andar bicicleta y jugar futbol aunque esto último no estaba en nuestros planes, pero aprovechando una mini pelota de goma nos pusimos a jugar, pues ellos después del último mundial de futbol, se volvieron aficionados y ahora es uno de sus deportes favoritos, que practican cada día en las canchas de su sector.

In the afternoon we went down to the field to ride bikes and play soccer although the latter was not in our plans, but taking advantage of a mini rubber ball we started to play, because after the last soccer world cup, they became fans and now it is one of their favorite sports, which they practice every day in the fields of their sector.

Por diversión, le propuse 3 retos a mi primo Samuel con la bicicleta, retos de equilibrio y control de la dirección, a modo de competencia. A pesar de que los retos inventados parecían sencillos, realmente no lo eran tanto. Y más con una bicicleta, que necesita mantenimiento y un ajuste de tuercas.

For fun, I proposed 3 challenges to my cousin Samuel with the bike, challenges of balance and steering control, as a competition. Although the invented challenges seemed simple, they were really not so simple. And even more so with a bicycle, which needs maintenance and a tightening of nuts.

Luego de andar bicicleta unos minutos, jugamos futbol. Yo nunca he practicado este deporte, por lo tanto no soy bueno, a diferencia de mis primos que tienen mucha energía y juegan con frecuencia. Mi primo Samuel y yo hicimos equipo contra mi primo Santiago, y todos anotamos algunos goles. Fue bastante agotador para mí, llevar el ritmo, pero me divertí, y toda actividad física cae bien.

After cycling for a few minutes, we played soccer. I have never played soccer, so I am not good at it, unlike my cousins who have a lot of energy and play often. My cousin Samuel and I teamed up against my cousin Santiago, and we all scored a few goals. It was quite exhausting for me, keeping up the pace, but I had fun, and all physical activity goes down well.

Finalmente ya por el calor, decidimos subir, además que de que la mini pelota con la que estábamos jugando no nos brindaba la mejor experiencia. Luego bajaron a la cancha otros niños de la residencia con un balón de futbol de verdad y mis primos bajaron a jugar e hicieron nuevos amigos.

Finally because of the heat, we decided to go upstairs, plus the mini ball we were playing with was not the best experience. Then other kids from the dorm came down to the field with a real soccer ball and my cousins came down to play and made new friends.
