Hola amigos de Hive, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes un Demo de un juego lanzado en el año 2002 llamado Stealth Combat ambientado en una guerra del año 2038. Un año que está más cerca de nosotros de lo que parece, ¿será que habrá otra guerra ese año?, puede que sí. Pues bien Les hablaré un poco de mis primeras impresiones sobre este juego.

Hello friends of Hive, in this opportunity I want to share with you a Demo of a game released in 2002 called Stealth Combat set in a war in the year 2038. A year that is closer to us than it seems, could it be that there will be another war that year, maybe yes. Well, I will tell you a little about my first impressions about this game.

En este Demo tenemos disponibles 2 misiones y una tercera de entrenamiento, algo que me ha llamado mucho la atención es las posibilidad de jugar ya se con tanques o con helicópteros, e imagino que podremos también manejar alguna especie de aeronave como un avión del “Futuro”. En las misiones disponibles tenemos un acompañante, que nos ayuda a enfrentarnos a nuestros enemigos, y que si somos destruidos podremos tomar el control del otro vehículo de guerra. Tendremos disponibles diferentes tipos de municiones como misiles y metralleta y más.

In this Demo we have available 2 missions and a third one for training, something that has caught my attention is the possibility of playing with tanks or helicopters, and I imagine that we can also handle some kind of aircraft like a plane of the "Future". In the available missions we have a companion, who helps us to face our enemies, and if we are destroyed we can take control of the other war vehicle. We will have available different types of ammunition such as missiles and machine gun and more.

Me gusta que tenga voces que nos describen los objetivos de cada misión , esto le da un plus, al hacer énfasis en la historia y cómo afrontar cada misión, nos hace sentir que de verdad estamos en un futuro bélico.

I like that it has voices that describe the objectives of each mission, this gives a plus, to emphasize the story and how to face each mission, it makes us feel that we are really in a warlike future.

En cuanto a gráficos, para aquella época se ven bastante bien, creo que era lo standard en este tipo de juegos, bueno si, podría ser mejor, pero los gráficos para mi siempre han estado en un segundo plano, aunque reconozca cuando un juego es destacado, en este sentido. En cuanto a sonido , tiene buenos efectos de sonido, hay voces de parte de los enemigos, de parte de quien dirige nuestra misión y anuncia los objetivos, creo que logra sumergirnos de buena manera en la atmósfera valiéndose de estos recursos.

As for graphics, for that time they look pretty good, I think it was the standard in this type of games, well yes, it could be better, but the graphics for me have always been in the background, although I recognize when a game is outstanding in this regard. As for sound, it has good sound effects, there are voices on behalf of the enemies, on behalf of who directs our mission and announces the objectives, I think it manages to immerse us in a good way in the atmosphere using these resources.

Algo que me pareció muy interesante es la posibilidad de jugar en primera persona o tercera persona, por supuesto en tercera persona tenemos un rango de visión mucho mas amplio para defendernos y atacar, pero aquellos que aman el realismo y la simulación puede jugar un rato desde la cabina para sentirse más dentro del juego.

Something that I found very interesting is the possibility of playing in first person or third person, of course in third person we have a much wider range of vision to defend and attack, but those who love realism and simulation can play for a while from the cockpit to feel more inside the game.

Stealth Combat es un juego que recomendaría, creo que es bastante rescatable, desempolvable, de donde sea que esté pues pude brindarnos varias horas de diversión.

Stealth Combat is a game that I would recommend, I think it is quite redeemable, dustable, wherever it is because it could give us several hours of fun.
