Honestly, I’ve tried cutting out eating outside by cooking more. I’ve been cooking the entire month this month, but I can’t seem to help coming to the conclusion that buying out is actually a lot better. Yeah buying in bulk is good, but per my calculations, I spent a lot more this month than I normally do buying out. Maybe it’s because with the cooking, I eat 3 meals a day so that’s more costly as opposed to the two meals I buy out. I don’t know.
I don't know why I laughed... Lol. Sorry, it was funny how you ate more when you cook than when you are buying out.
It doesn't matter how many times you eat the food you prepare, run the maths well, it's much cheaper in the sense that you get to eat to your fill and eat as much as you want like you said.
Imagine if you tried eating more meals as you did when you cooked but you had to buy them every time, would it be cost-effective?
