Hello everyone, how are you all? I hope and pray that all members of the ASEAN HIVE Community are always healthy, happy and do not lack anything in this life. The majority of all members in this community live or have come to Southeast Asia. Southeast Asia is one of the regions where the majority of our countries in Southeast Asia (I don't think I've ever heard of or heard of snow in Ho Chin Minh City, Vietnam or Sihanoukville City, Cambodia) have a tropical climate with only two weather conditions. The rainy season and also the dry season.

Do you feel that the world is getting hotter every year? Honestly, I feel it. As a worker who does a lot of outdoor activities, I increasingly feel the sun's rays that are getting hotter, sweaty and also have a burning effect on the skin. Moreover, I live in Indonesia in Medan City, one of the ten cities with the highest temperature in Indonesia. Therefore, having a fan or air conditioner is common in houses in the city where I live.

The phenomenon of air conditioning (AC) in homes began to bloom around the last 12 years. As I recall, my experience was sleeping with the Air Conditioner (other than in a hotel or lecture seminar room) regularly when I got married or about six years ago. There are various reasons for people to use Air Conditioners in their homes or rooms, one of which is because the hot weather makes it difficult to sleep. As we know, sleeping in cooler weather is more comfortable than sleeping in the desert.

I also have air conditioning (AC) in my house. I bought a used Air Conditioner from an acquaintance of mine. My acquaintance is a technician and has a business of buying and selling electronic goods at low prices and quality. For electronics, I tend to prefer to buy used rather than new. Because I see the quality of today's products is no better than the products from 10 years ago.

Because I use a used Air Conditioner, to keep the Air Conditioner in my house always working optimally, once every three months I call for a washing service or air conditioner service to my house. Since moving to a new place to live, I have had a subscription air conditioner technician who is very reliable and also doesn't want to cheat or cheat on his customers. Unfortunately, my customer service technician had to move to Kalimantan Island following his wife who was accepted as a civil servant in Pontianak City.

Finding a reliable and honest air conditioner technician is very difficult. Since losing my technician, I've changed about 3 times the air conditioner technician. Some of the technicians I brought were untrustworthy and often did things I didn't ask for. Like, telling me to do additional maintenance because my Air Conditioner is too dirty at a price five times the usual service. Sometimes, offers me to add Freon to my air conditioner because he thinks it needs to be filled.

Fortunately, I have sufficient understanding of the working system of air conditioner cleaning. When I was a teenager, I often helped my neighbor as an errand boy when my neighbor was doing repairs on the air conditioner, so I had quite a basic knowledge of air conditioning. What if people don't understand? Many friends or neighbors in the neighborhood where I live have to pay dearly because of the actions of naughty technicians.

This time, I seem to get a new ac technician, seems trustworthy and reliable. These two technicians are very young, but nimble, tenacious and don't talk much. This new technician did exactly what I wanted, didn't do much improv and pointed out a few problems with my Air Conditioner before working on it. I only asked for Air Conditioner cleaning services or washing my ac, because I saw that it was very dirty and the air flow was blocked.

These young technicians work quickly and systematically. No time wasted, I love to see it. They brought all the tools and materials needed, didn't talk much and asked questions. The principle of cleaning the Air Conditioner (AC) is to remove the inner filter of the air conditioner and then clean and wash it with water. Then spray the inside of the indoor air conditioner with high pressure water so that all the dust and mucus will come out. After that, the outdoor part of the Air Conditioner, which is usually outside, is thoroughly washed with high pressure water so that all the dust attached to it can be removed and released from the outdoor part of the air conditioner.

Actually, the process of washing and cleaning the Air Conditioner is not too difficult. However, I do not have the necessary tools. Logically, it is impossible for me to buy a jet cleaner machine at a price of IDR 3,000,000 (200 USD) just to wash the Air Conditioner which is done only four times a year. Besides, the service fee is only IDR 50K (or 3.2 USD), quite affordable I think.

After all, I don't think we need to be greedy and frugal. The cost of the AC cleaning services that we provide to the technician can make an economic turnaround. The most important part, we don't have to do everything ourselves, because some things are better done by others and share the sustenance too.
