Happy day community of liketu, I hope you are very well. This week was my aunt's birthday and we went to eat cachapas, do you know about cachapas? . They resemble a pancake but are made from ground corn, water, sugar, oil and salt. Usually, they are filled with good special cheese called Guyanese cheese and plenty of butter. That's my aunt's favorite food so my cousin and I took her there to eat.

Normally the dish is served with grill, fried pork, shredded meat or chicken. How can you see it on the plate, it has a variety of meats and fries

Where we went to eat was a nice place, they had a plain and country atmosphere with good music, there were nice places to take pictures and we took advantage of the moment, as always I forgot my glasses and it gave me a little headache but in the end it was one night very nice and we had a family time.

Feliz día comunidad de liketu , espero que se encuentren muy bien . Está semana fue el cumpleaños de mi tía y fuimos a comer cachapas , conocen las cachapas? . Se asemejan a un panqueque pero están hechas a base de maíz molido, agua, azúcar, aceite y sal. Generalmente, se rellenan con buen queso especial llamado queso guayanés y bastante mantequilla . Esa es la comida favorita de mi tía así que mi prima y yo la llevamos a comer allá

Normalmente el plato se sirve con parrilla, cochino frito, carne mechada o pollo . Cómo lo pueden ver en el plato tiene variedad de carnes y papas fritas

Donde fuimos a comer fue un lugar agradable, tenían un ambiente llanero y campestre con buena música , habían bonitos lugares para tomarse fotos y aprovechamos el momento, yo como siempre olvidé los lentes y me dió un pequeño dolor de cabeza pero al final fue una noche muy bonita y la pasamos en familia
