where is this place?
it looks like a basketball court.
i remember i turned a tennis court by my house into a spot.
i used a chain to lock a wooden box ledge to the fence. then one day it was gone, the city probably removed it

It's in a club near my neighborhood, in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. We also built wooden box ledges for the basketball courts' fence, but the city removed them; this also happens here.
