[ESP-ENG] Galletas rústicas con maní, pasas, frutas confitadas y chocolate / Rustic cookies with peanuts, raisins, candied fruits and chocolate
Hello friends who read me! Today I bring you an easy preparation to make and in which I combined ideas from several recipes that I liked to see what it turned out. Well I tell you that these rustic cookies were delicious, and that's why I share them.
Ingredientes / Ingredients
- 200 gr de margarina
- 100 gr de azúcar
- 300 gr o un poco más de harina de trigo
- 1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
- La ralladura de un limón pequeño
- 30 gr de maní troceado
- 30 gr de pasas
- 30 gr de frutas confitadas
- 100 gr de chocolate oscuro
- 200 gr of margarine
- 100 gr of sugar
- 300 gr or a little more wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- The zest of a small lemon
- 30 gr of chopped peanuts
- 30 gr of raisins
- 30 gr of candied fruits
- 100 gr of dark chocolate
Preparación / Preparation
Lo primero que vamos a hacer es calentar la margarina con el azúcar hasta que se derrita y el azúcar se disuelva bien.
The first thing we are going to do is heat the margarine with the sugar until it melts and the sugar dissolves well.
Retiramos esta mezcla del fuego y le añadimos la harina de trigo, el polvo de hornear y la ralladura de limón poco a poco hasta que la masa quede homogénea. Añade la harina necesaria hasta que veas que no se te pega en las manos pero a la vez la masa continúa suave.
Remove this mixture from the heat and add the wheat flour, the baking powder and the lemon zest little by little until the dough is homogeneous. Add the necessary flour until you see that it doesn't stick to your hands but at the same time the dough remains soft.
Ahora añadimos el maní, las pasas y las frutas confitadas y mezclamos para que se distribuyan bien por toda la masa.
Now add the peanuts, raisins and candied fruits and mix so that they are well distributed throughout the dough.
Tomamos pequeñas bolitas con las manos, las aplastamos un poco para aplanarlas y vamos formando así las galletas.
We take small balls with our hands, we crush them a little to flatten them and we are thus forming the cookies.
Luego las colocamos en una bandeja ligeramente engrasada y enharinada y las horneamos por unos 15-20 minutos o hasta que estén doradas por ambos lados.
Then we place them on a lightly greased and floured tray and bake them for about 15-20 minutes or until they are golden brown on both sides.
Mientras se hornean las galletas ponemos el chocolate en una olla para fundirlo. Se puede fundir solo o añadiéndole una cucharadita de margarina para que quede más cremoso. Tapamos y reservamos.
While the cookies are baking we put the chocolate in a pot to melt it. It can be melted alone or by adding a teaspoon of margarine to make it creamier. We cover and reserve.
Al estar listas las galletas las sacamos de la bandeja y las ponemos en un plato para que se enfríen. Con un cuchillo para untar las vamos cubriendo con el chocolate fundido, el cual se va a secar en unos minutos.
When the cookies are ready, we remove them from the tray and put them on a plate to cool. With a spreader knife we cover them with the melted chocolate, which will dry in a few minutes.
