Weekend Engagement week-215; The popularity I gained during my high school years

Hello everyone! welcome to week 215 on Weekend Experience, today I want to share my experiences during my high school years, I mean my secondary school days, the truth is that there's no level of education that is no interesting and fun like secondary school days, the truth about this very particular level is privilege to have control over other students especially at upper grade two that is senior secondary school two where powers are delegated to students in this class to perform certain duty and have control over other students in the school environment.

Meanwhile, this power can be abused at some point by some students who used it to bully others but I was never a victim because I gained popularity and became both teachers and students pet because of my funny I was given by my parents. My official name is Amen which sounds very funny and makes anyone who hears it for the first to laughed at me most times uncontrollably. At some point, I was angry especially during my primary school days, I mean I was really scorned at because the word Amen are been used in the church by christians when prayers are made, which means Let it be so and it's uncommon for someone to bear such name.

There's was a I told my parents that I will stop going to school because of the way I'm always at, until they changed my name but they were able to convince on the importance of answering the name despite being laughed at. I began to enjoy the benefits of the name during my high school years, because I became famous in the school and I was more like as a celebrity, anywhere I entered, I was cheered and I became both students and teachers pet, even when I came to school late, I wouldn't be flocked.

I went to a school where these senior vested with powers misuse it on junior students, they will flock students at almost every event especially when coming to late to school and when not participated in the school compound cleaning and not attending school sporting activities but in all these, I enjoyed special treatment because of my popularity and celebrity lifestyle my name gave in the school. I vowed that when I'm given any position in the school, I would really use the opportunity to build values and skills in students , behold I appointed Senior School Perfect for Boys with my childhood friend as an assistant, this was a position I used in building values, I started organizing extra moral classes for junior students, I was very good commercial subject, business and social related subjects while my friend was also very good at science subjects, we began a joint class immediately after school in help students in their area of difficulties.

This act marked our year administration in school quite different from predecessors but I love social activities, I don't missed sport days or interschool sport challenges, but I was every good dancer but later because shy to perform again as I was appointed Senior School Perfect.
