My Actifit Report Card: April 27 2022
Breakfast was a millet porridge with blueberries and walnuts. We watched some YouTube videos. Then we finished watching the other half of the Indiana Jones movie The Last Crusade. Second breakfast was some toasted ciabatta rolls with peanut butter.
My wife did the dishes while I worked on some computer things. I had to go shopping so I could buy baking potatoes, cheese and more ciabatta rolls. Then she went to the studio and I worked on some chores.
Dinner was baked potatoes I scooped out; added butter, sour cream, broccoli, cheese, and a splash of almond milk. I also added chicken. Baked them again for thirty minutes.
We watched a couple of episodes of The Magicians. Then we watched an episode of Altered Carbon. We finished with an episode of The Arrow we hadn’t watched in several months. Then we went to bed. Anyway, thanks for reading.
