My Actifit Report Card: November 23 2021

Breakfast was pancake squares. We watched some NCIS while we cleaned. Then my wife went to the studio while I washed some dishes.

Lunch was some grilled cheese sandwiches and chips and we watched some more NCIS and moved some furniture in the living room. Then we went shopping for some groceries and other items.

Dinner was some Turkey burgers and cheese on rustic rolls. Then we watched NCIS until bedtime. Anyway, thanks for reading.
