How do you know when you are in love? What are the signs?
Loving is a really beautiful feeling that always makes us feel full of life, excited and motivates us day after day, when we are in love we feel that there are no impossibilities, we risk ourselves for that special person who occupies an important place in our heart. Then it is when falling in love begins to be part of our lives, that the following signs manifest themselves:
✓ We always want the best for that special person, we want everything in their life to go well and we begin to see that their happiness will also be ours. When we are in love we act in a selfless way and always emanate the best for that person to be happy.
✓ We think most of the day about our love, about what they are doing and how they are doing, we wish to receive a message from them or a call, so that our hearts will be happy.
Amar es un sentimiento realmente hermoso que siempre nos hace sentir llenos de vida, emocionados y nos motiva día tras día, cuando estamos enamorados sentimos que no hay imposibles, nos arriesgamos por esa persona especial que ocupa un lugar importante en nuestro corazón. Entonces es cuando el enamoramiento comienza a formar parte de nuestras vidas, que se manifiestan las siguientes señales:
✓Queremos siempre lo mejor para esa persona especial, deseamos que todo en su vida marche bien y comenzamos a ver que su felicidad también será la nuestra. Cuando estamos enamorados actuamos de modo desinteresado y siempre emanamos lo mejor para que esa persona sea feliz.
✓Pensamos la mayor parte del día en nuestro amor, en qué estará haciendo y como está, deseamos recibir un mensaje suyo o una llamada, para que nuestros corazones se alegren.

✓ When we are in his presence, our heart races a thousand per hour and we begin to feel the sensation of enjoying his company as much as possible.
✓ You begin to experience an inexplicable joy, it is as if you see life, color of roses and you are excited every moment at his side.
✓ You live captivated admiring his beauty, for you there is no one like that person because you have fallen in love not only with his physique but also with his heart.
✓ Cuando estamos en presencia de él, el corazón se aceleran a mil por hora y empezamos a sentir esa sensación de disfrutar de su compañía lo más posible.
✓ Empiezas a experimentar una alegría inexplicable, es como si vieras la vida, color de rosas y te emociona cada instante a su lado.
✓ Vives cautivada admirando su belleza, para ti no hay nadie como esa persona porque te has enamorado no solo de su físico sino de su corazón.

Does love come on suddenly or grow over time? What are your keys
to ensure your relationship remains strong and healthy?
Since we feel that wonderful throbbing in our hearts for someone, we know it is love, since it is expressed in different ways for each person, we can not say that it works for everyone. But if something is certain, it is that when it starts it makes us feel in a special, unique and wonderful way, because there is nothing like experiencing this relationship of deep affection for someone.
For me love is something that is cultivated and fostered day by day, it is about learning to recognize that person who is part of your life and let them know that you love them, that you are there for them, that you are their support and that despite every difficulty they may have along the way, you will never give up and you will always give the best of yourself for that relationship. Not everything in love is linear or rose colored, but it is beautiful to discover how each one of us puts our grain of sand so that the beautiful lotus of love that is in the hearts of each one of us blooms.
Desde que sentimos ese maravilloso palpitar en nuestros corazones por alguien, sabemos que es amor, ya que el mismo se expresa de formas distintas para cada persona, no podemos aseverar que funciona para cada quien. Pero si algo es cierto, es que cuando inicia nos hace sentir de un modo especial, único y maravilloso, porque nada como experimentar esta relación de profundo afecto por alguien.
Para mí el amor es algo que se cultiva y se fomenta día a día, se trata de aprender a reconocer a esa persona que forma parte de tu vida y hacerle saber que lo amas, que estás para él, que eres su apoyo y que pese a cada dificultad que puedan tener en el camino, jamás te vas a rendir y siempre vas a dar lo mejor de ti por esa relación. No todo en el amor es lineal ni color de rosas, pero es hermoso descubrir como cada uno, pone su granito de arena para que ese hermoso loto de amor que está en los corazones de cada uno florezca.

Time is a determining factor, because with it we learn what things our partner likes, what are reasons to dislike, what makes him/her feel loved, how he/she feels in the mornings, his/her beliefs, among so many things that we discover in the wonderful journey of loving. This is how this love is strengthened and becomes much more solid, serene and with a desire to experience new things as the rapport as a couple grows.
In reality, there is no generalized formula for love or something that is completely perfect, but there are certain aspects that I consider for my relationship to be healthy and firm, these are the following:
✓Reciprocity because there can not be a unilateral love where only one is the one who gives everything and loves excessively, everything that is given in the relationship must be in equal measure. That is to say; to achieve that perfect balance between both that allow them to give and receive in the same way without distinctions.
El tiempo es un factor determinante, porque con él vamos aprendiendo a qué cosas le gustan a nuestra pareja, cuáles son motivos de disgusto, que lo hace sentir amado, cómo se siente por las mañanas, sus creencias, entre tantas cosas que vamos descubriendo en el maravilloso viaje de amar. Es así, como este amor se va fortaleciendo y se va volviendo mucho más sólido, sereno y con unas ganas de vivir cosas nuevas a medida que la compenetración cómo pareja va creciendo.
En realidad, no existe una fórmula generalizada para el amor ni algo que resulte del todo perfecto, pero hay ciertos aspectos que considero para que mi, relación sea sana y firme, estos son los siguientes:
✓ La reciprocidad ya que no puede existir un amor unilateral en dónde solo uno sea el que entrega todo y ama desmedidamente, todo lo que sé dé en la relación tiene que ser en igual medida. Es decir; lograr ese equilibrio perfecto entre ambos que les permitan dar y recibir del mismo modo sin distinciones.

✓ Communication is important that we always express how we feel, that we are able to speak from our heart and if something is making the relationship is affected, try to find a solution.
✓ Mutual respect is fundamental, since from the beginning it is a key element for love to consolidate in all aspects, there cannot be a healthy relationship if it is not present. It is about respecting their decisions, beliefs and even tastes, even if we do not share some of them, we should not impose ourselves, we can always reach agreements that make our relationship more harmonious.
✓The demonstrations of affection, such as hugs, kisses, being aware of how your partner feels, how was his day, make a difference, bringing as a result that our relationship is kept alive and full of love.
✓ La comunicación es importante que siempre expresemos cómo nos sentimos, que seamos capaces de hablar desde nuestro corazón y si algo está haciendo que la relación se vea afectada, tratar de buscar una solución.
✓ El respeto mutuo es fundamental, ya que desde el comienzo es pieza clave para que el amor se consolide en todos los aspectos, no puede existir una relación sana, si este no está presente. Se trata de respetar sus decisiones, creencias y hasta gustos, aun cuando no compartamos algunos de ellos, no debemos imponernos, siempre se pueden llegar a acuerdos que hagan nuestra relación más armónica.
✓Las demostraciones de afecto, cómo los abrazos, los besos, el estar pendiente de como se siente tu pareja, que tal estuvo su día, marcan la diferencia, trayendo como consecuencia que nuestra relación se mantenga viva y llena de amor.

Yes, you are right. John Lennon once said; Love is like a precious plant. You have to water it regularly, really care for it, and fertilize it.
I certainly believe that it is up to us to cultivate that love, treating our partner in the most loving way and thus encouraging the relationship to always flourish.

I totally agree with your point about mutual respect and communication. When there is a respect between both the partners, the communication becomes easier. Understanding cultivates. Respect for each other makes us understand our differences.
Yes, with respect things become easier. It is always good to foster this in our relationship along with the appreciation we feel for our partner.
