LOH Contest # 117: The key is in the original content and perseverance [Eng-Esp].

Empowered ladies, I love that this month has started with such great questions that push us to see things from another perspective. So this week the questions proposed by @kerrislravenhill seem great for this.
A reputation 52 friend says that she no longer wants to be active in Hive, claiming that she can't make the time, the coin is so low valued, and only a few people ever read her posts. What could you do to encourage and help her to keep trying? Writing tips? Time management? Other?
Hive is a meeting place where each and every one of us who make life in this incredible platform, try to give with each of the publications a grain of sand with respect to the vision we have of a certain topic or situations we face daily. Therefore, creating quality content is one of the requirements we must keep in mind when we start this spectacular journey of self-knowledge and interaction with other users who, like us, are trying to give the best of themselves.
I am not an expert giving advice because I believe that everyone learns through their own experiences, but certainly if it is about helping a friend, I would be honest with her and give her some tips that I feel may be useful. These are the following:
Hive es un lugar de encuentro donde todos y cada uno de los que hacemos vida en esta increíble plataforma, intentamos dar con cada una de las publicaciones un granito de arena con respecto a la visión que tenemos de determinado tema o situaciones que afrontamos a diario. Por tanto, crear contenido de calidad es uno de los requisitos que debemos tener presente cuando comenzamos este espectacular viaje de autoconocimiento e interacción con otros usuarios que al igual que nosotros están intentando dar lo mejor de sí.
No soy una experta dando consejos porque creo que cada quien aprende mediante sus propias experiencias, pero sin duda si de ayudar a una amiga se trata, sería honesta con ella y le daría algunos tips que siento que le pueden ser útiles. Estos son los siguientes:

✓ Create original content that makes us more authentic every day, where we express our vision and can carry out the development of our personality as writers. As we write, it becomes easier to order our thoughts so that they make sense at the time of reading and give life to our post.
✓ Having a schedule for writing, it is good to take this to the level of optimizing our time, not everyone who is in Hive is 100% dedicated to this, there are also other hivers who work and have other obligations. So it is essential to be able to organize our agenda so that we get into the habit of writing, in a specific schedule that allows us to have more order every day at the time of publishing.
✓ Crear contenido original que nos haga cada día más auténticos, dónde expresemos nuestra visión y podamos llevar a cabo el desarrollo de nuestra personalidad como escritores. A medida que vamos escribiendo se hace más sencillo poder ordenar nuestros pensamientos para que tengan sentido en el momento de leer y darle vida a nuestro post.
✓ Tener un horario para escribir, es bueno llevar esto al nivel de optimización de nuestro tiempo, no todos los que están en Hive se dedican 100% a este, también existen otros hivers que trabajan y tienen otro tipo de obligaciones. Por lo que es fundamental poder ordenar nuestra agenda para que nos hagamos el hábito de la escritura, en un horario específico que nos permita tener cada día más orden en el momento de publicar.

✓ Interaction is fundamental, it is about enjoying, reading the posts of other hivers and appreciating the great work they do. Thus, having the ability to recognize the value of each of the posts is reflected in the empathy that exists in each comment, in each recognition of these and above all in the faithful conviction that Hive helps us to unite despite geographical distances.
✓ Encourage the capacity of detachment to the result, whether we are voted or not, we must have that confidence in what we do and not let the assessment affect us greatly. Having the ability to continue despite difficulties will make us much more persevering people, who see the good in every situation, even when it is unfavorable.
✓ La interacción es fundamental, se trata de disfrutar, leer los post de otro hivers y apreciar el gran trabajo que hacen. Es así, como tener esa capacidad para reconocer el valor que tiene cada uno de los post, se ve reflejado en esa empatía que hay en cada comentario, en cada reconocimiento de estos y sobre todo en la fiel convicción de que Hive nos ayuda a unirnos pese a distancias geográficas.
✓ Fomentar la capacidad de desapego al resultado, bien sea que nos voten o no, debemos tener esa confianza en lo que hacemos y no dejar que la valoración nos afecte en gran medida. Tener la aptitud para continuar pese a las dificultades hará de nosotros personas mucho más perseverantes, que ven lo bueno en cada situación, aun cuando sea desfavorable.

✓ Enjoying what we like and putting it into practice is something that will give us the opportunity to do things better every day. Creating content is a way in which we can learn to differentiate in which niches we feel more comfortable and in which we can develop more according to our tastes.
✓ Seeing Hive as a tool that opens up a universe of possibilities, since it is not only about generating content, but also about learning as we go along, the process, being able to have that writing and reading comprehension capacity. There are so many advantages that Hive offers that we should not limit ourselves, even when the healing sometimes does not come, we must continue to make this our space to share ideas and interact with others.
✓ Disfrutar de lo que nos gusta y poner en práctica, esto es algo que hará que nos demos la oportunidad de hacer las cosas cada día mejor. Crear contenido es un modo por el cual podemos aprender a diferenciar en qué nichos nos sentimos más cómodos y en cuáles podemos desarrollarnos más de acuerdo a nuestros gustos.
✓ Ver a Hive cómo esa herramienta que nos abre un universo de posibilidades, ya que no solo se trata de generar contenido, sino aprender sobre la marcha, el proceso, poder tener esa capacidad de escritura y comprensión lectora. Son tantas, las ventajas que ofrece Hive que no debemos limitarnos, aun cuando la curación a veces no llegue, debemos seguir haciendo de este nuestro espacio para compartir ideas e interactuar con otros.

✓ Writing from the heart being able to talk about our emotions and feelings, in Hive we can interact with others who like us are going through their own battles. So we must develop empathy and good energies for everyone in this great ecosystem.
✓ Perseverance becomes key when we are starting anything in life, no one says it will be easy, but giving up is not a guarantee that we will feel better. Every day that passes we must try to be constant and not get discouraged, so let's keep on fighting, because when we fall there is no other option but to get up again.
✓ Escribir desde el corazón siendo capaces de hablar de nuestras emociones y sentimientos, en Hive podemos interactuar con otros que al igual que nosotros están atravesando por sus propias batallas. Entonces debemos desarrollar la empatía y las buenas energías para todos los que conforman este gran ecosistema.
✓ La perseverancia se torna clave cuando estamos comenzando cualquier cosa en la vida, nadie dice que será sencillo, pero el hecho de rendirse, tampoco es una garantía de que nos sentiremos mejor. Cada día que pasa debemos tratar de ser constantes y no dejarnos llevar por el desánimo, así que sigamos en la lucha, ya que cuando nos caemos no hay más opción que volvernos a levantar.
