Drawing nature from imagination
Hi, guys!
So, I continue to fight seasonal aggravation with simple actions, such as drawing from the imagination. There's some benefit to this though, as I'm still planning on doing a little tutorial for the Domestika platform on mixed media - ink plus watercolor, so some extra practice won't hurt. In addition, yesterday I received another order for a portrait, and today I am going to start doing it. This activity is quite monotonous and does not require much effort, so I have every reason to think that I can handle it.
I have a huge Nuuna sketchbook. Actually, I planned to mainly draw nature in it, but since now my first priority is to collect myself back into a pile - any method will do, so I sketch the leaves. Leaves, feathers, any natural scenes are very relaxing. Today I want to try to do the same on a large A3 sheet and film the process on camera, so that I can insert it into the training course later.
Here's what happened yesterday:
Wow..those look so pretty. I too love to draw leaves and flowers mostly and I have to say yours are nice.
I really like your style. It vaguely reminds me of the video game Don't Starve Together.
Good job man!
