A sudden art exhibition

Hi, guys!

So, my first week is coming to an end, when I try to get my life back on track after my hospitalization. Something has worked out, something has not yet worked out, but in general I am satisfied - the start is quite good.

It turned out to be relatively nutritious. During the time in the hospital, I gained 5 kilograms, and now I am determined to get rid of them again. My weight is far from normal, and in a good way I need to lose at least 10 kilograms to a healthy weight, but this is quite difficult to do when you are limited in movement. Of course, a healthy weight is somehow done in the kitchen and not in the gym, but the gym makes the task much easier. If only because muscles consume more energy than fat, and now I have trouble with muscles. They just started to grow when I was very active in sports in the fall and early winter, but they disappeared again after I lay in the hospital.

Apparently another quarantine is coming, so expecting that I can regularly and productively work out in the gym is at least stupid. Therefore, I have high hopes for the TPX system that I have at home.

This week I also managed to practice flute, saxophone and vocals, and here it was also very noticeable that the muscle mass was gone. For all three classes you need a strong press.

It's okay, this is just the first week and I hope the next one will be better and more productive. I will add new classes gradually.

Today we went to the store and there was an exhibition on the first floor. Very inspiring work, I want to share them with you:
