My Actifit Report Card: October 17 2024

A late start of the day. Weather was good today.

In the afternoon, i went to the hospital, took a cab while going to the hospital. But while coming back i walked. Took me 25/30 minutes.

Later added more steps walking indoors.

Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
