Elon Musk, My new found zaddy

Hello everyone, how’s your day going? Trust it’s going well...smiles. This is actually my first time of posting in this amazing community. Hope I’m welcomed?

I can still remember the date 5th of July, 2022. I finished classes and of course I’ll be tired and famished so I and my friends stopped by an eatery in school to refill our tummies and just sit and rest a little.

Since my phone was on silent I did not notice that I had missed a call and I couldn’t call back because it was a foreign number. I just ignored it not only because I could not call back but because the times were dangerous.

People could just randomly call you with strange numbers to scam you or can even use that medium to hack your accounts. I was scared about incidents like this but I still picked some of them but I always did this with people around.
I slipped the phone back into my purse, I mean I was not there to fiddle with my phone and lets thoughts of wh0 the caller was fill my head. I ordered what I wanted to take and the waiter brought it. I was about taking the first bite from my snack and I realized my phone had been ringing again, remember I did not remove the phone from silent.

I rushed to take it and what was on my screen was the same ‘Unknown number’ that had called previously. I was angry and just ignored it, but it kept ringing. I hesitated but I went ahead to pick it.

This is how the conversation went:
Unknown caller: Hello, good morning my dear.
I was trying to act cool because I was in the public and mom had taught me to act kind and with respect to everyone even strangers, I should learn to hear them out first.
Me: Hello sir. Good morning

Unknown caller: My name is Elon Musk and I’m calling to tell you that I am your biological father and I just found out recently that you are my daughter.

At this point I could not keep calm anymore. My friends and people there were just staring and my friends so eager to know what was going on.

Me: Oga na so una de do am now. Abeg shift. In fact why I still de this call sef.

Unknown caller: no, please do not hang up the call dear. I just landed Nigeria to come see you my precious daughter. I know it’s hard to believe. But I’ve set up a private physical meeting and dinner with you.

Me: Sir please I do not want to insult you or sound rude but what is this na. Ok, how did you find out all these things and why not since.

Unknown caller: A friend of your mom that is also close to me told me last week and she also shared your contact with me. Your mom met her last week at the conference she attended at London and confided in her. You can call your mom to confirm and can even come to the dinner with her, if you want to.

Me: I know I’m yet to meet my dad but what if it’s a mistake.

Unknown caller: I know its not. She was sure and I remember your mom telling her close friend at work that time that she was pregnant. If you are convinced lets meet up at my suite later this evening. I’ll text the location once I end this call. I have a lot to discuss with you and since I’m not staying here for long I would love you to come with me to my country. I’ll love it if you could restart life over there.

I was dumbfounded even after he dropped the call. I told my friends I had to go and I was going to talk to them later. I paid my bills and left. I went home straight and fortunately my mom had returned from work, so I didn’t waste time to tell her everything and ask her if it was true. She apologized to me saying she was sorry I found out the way I did and told me her own side of the story.

She expected me to be sad and angry but she was surprised I was so happy; I mean who would not be. I shouted so loud. I got to know my father after many years of being without one and it’s no other person but ‘The Elon Musk’.

I had a quick bath, got dressed and drove down to the location of the Suites he had sent. On reaching there, I and my mom were given the best treatment. We were ushered into a very beautiful lounge and we were offered the best food on the menu.

We discussed extensively and I told him if he wanted me to join him he had to let my mother join me too.

So guys in few weeks i’ll be joining my dad in America. This is really a good phase life has brought to me .
