Greetings to the Beautiful Community: A Stroll through Malcesine on Lake Garda!

Hello to all the users of this beautiful community,

How are you? Unfortunately, my good intentions to continue posting have been a bit neglected. I never seem to be consistent in my postings, even though I try to remind myself with alarms on my phone because sometimes I forget to publish. Anyway, I wanted to share with you the beautiful walk I took this weekend in a place that I consider very romantic and stunning, Lake Garda.

I've often talked to you about Lake Garda, which is one of my favorite destinations where I can feel good with myself and relax. Undoubtedly, one of the most beautiful locations on the lake is Malcesine, and I've shared some photos to show you the splendor of this place.

Malcesine is a beautiful municipality with fewer than 4,000 inhabitants, mainly famous for its castle, making it one of the most beautiful villages on Lake Garda, in my opinion. Although I usually prefer the Brescia shore, I must say that on the Verona side, Malcesine is undoubtedly the most beautiful location.

When I came here on Sunday, I have to tell the truth—I was a bit surprised because there weren't many people. Let's say that the tourism period will pick up towards Easter, I can imagine it's still very early now. Although talking to someone working at a hotel, they mentioned that last year there was a bit of a crisis in German tourism, and this year it's even more pronounced, probably due to the recession in Germany. However, looking at the room prices, I have to say they are quite high. In Malcesine, it's around €130 per night, which I think is a bit excessive. Unfortunately, prices are rising all over Italy, not to mention Milan, which I always advise everyone against coming to live in this city.

Anyway, getting back to Malcesine, it's a very popular destination because it offers both water sports and mountain-related activities, such as mountaineering and paragliding. In fact, if I manage one day, I'll take you to the cable car that goes up above Malcesine, a truly beautiful place. So, within a few meters, you can go from the lake to the mountains, and I think that's the strength of Malcesine.

I hope the photos have taken you on a little walk with me. As I mentioned, I'll try to be a bit more consistent in sharing my stories with my photos. Meanwhile, thank you, and see you on the next adventure!
