Whenever you want to get a bus terminal picture with no or less queue or trying to move without getting stuck in traffic, try doing that in the afternoon it works especially here In Lagos because most people are already at work then.

The bus terminal can be empty in the afternoon because right then everyone is either at work already or home and not boarding a bus unlike checking it out in the morning when people are trying to get to work or evening when people are coming back from work.

My walk was in the afternoon so be rest assured the bus terminal was a bit free from the crowd.

The day started with a long walk all around the bus station and a little queue just to get a bus.

The bus station is always filled with a lot of passengers trying to board because it is always comfortable and free of traffic.
I wouldn't want to have a walk around without taking a picture so here I am with a short walk around the bus station for my Wednesday walk .
I figured last week there was a community post like this are welcomed here is my first time and would like to do this more.

The walk started with a walk pass the bus station entrance you get to queue and get a ticket for the ride.
The entrance is a wide and huge one which indicated entrance with its construction and design.

The beautiful entrance makes the bus terminal attractive

Then the ticket booth is right next to the entrance to get the bus ticket for your ride.

And over to where buses are parked to board.

Bus terminals in Lagos can be of large area and attractive because they contain lots of buses to be boarded.

My walk around gave me different views of the bus terminal and I thought I should share them here.

Lagos can be very busy in the morning and you did great taking us through what the bus terminal looks like. We have a small one in Ikorodu and it is nothing compared to what you have in those pictures.

Happy Wednesday bro.

Hello @ijohnsen! I know what you mean. Midday is the best time to get things done and easily move around Lagos without the stress of traffic on the highway and pedestrian ways. Cool pictures!

I presume you took these pictures? For your DreemPort submission to scale through smoothly, please indicate the source of your images. Thank you and enjoy the rest of your day! 😊

It's one of the fine innovations in Lagos that I really love, except for its crazy prices. I start to wonder how a "lagbus" is more expensive than regular commercial yellow busses.

Great photos my gee

Oh, they have now completed that second building at their bus terminal in Ikeja? I did know that. It's been quite a while, maybe a year, since I visited this terminal.

I spent about 6 months working for a company, Kimberly Engineering LTD around that area and I always used the BRT buses then. At that time, the buses had ther air conditioning systems functioning, which was the main reason I opted for it and never really used Danfo. It was a much better feeling to be blasted with cold, especially when you have had a long day at work and then you'd still have to go through the traffic jam to get home.
