Greetings to all beautiful members ..How are you doing today hope you all doing well and happy...Today I'm sharing a my personal favorite recipe with you....
Mango ICE-CREAM
As you all know, there is a summer season and the summer season mean mango... I'm just waiting summer for mango...
I love mango ice cream so I thought why not learn to make it at home and with the help of youtube .... Today i want to share my recipe with you hope you like it....And I hope if you like it, you guys will definitely try it because we love mango so much.
First let's see what we need to do to prepare our recipe...

It's not so difficult, they all get easily at home and are often present at home..
| Milk | 250ml. |

| Custard powder 3 tsp | |
| Mangoes. | 3. |
| Sugar. | 2 /3 tsp. |
| Malai. | 2/3 tsp. |
| Whipped cream. | 1/4 cup. |
| Let's Start the Procedure |

Take a mango and cut into small pieces ..Boil the milk and let it thick.When it's tick add custard powder in it.
On the other side add mango in blender and blend it and make a smooth paste.
Add sugar to milk..
Add malai in milk keep stirring the mixture.Mix it well and allow it to cold.
Add mango puree in it and add whipped cream in it and mix with the help of beater...Make a smooth Bater.
Keep this in the freezer for 8-9 hours....When it's cooled scoop it out and serve it ...
Ice cream is ready .... Enjoy the summer days with mango 🍨 ICE-CREAM...
