Fungi Friday

My contribution to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw

Hello friends, wherever you are, I hope you are always in good health and greetings to all of us who have been in this extraordinary community today as we know that Friday which in this extraordinary communication will present a very extraordinary mushroom contest That's why I am here by showing the mushrooms that I found yesterday afternoon behind my house.

Talking about mushrooms is certainly no stranger to all of our ears, especially in this community because of course we can see various kinds of mushrooms in this community every Friday and there are mushrooms that can be eaten and there are also mushrooms that cannot be eaten if you are interested in mushrooms then of course you have to be wise in choosing mushrooms if you want to eat them Today I show you one type of mushroom that of course can be eaten and this mushroom is called oyster mushroom.

Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) is an edible mushroom from the Basidiomycota group and belongs to the Homobasidiomycetes class with general characteristics of a white to cream-colored fruit body and a semicircular cap similar to an oyster shell with a slightly concave center. Oyster mushroom is related to Pleurotus eryngii and is often known as King Oyster Mushroom.

This mushroom has a white color and fine fibers for the texture of this mushroom tends to be quite soft because this type of mushroom is one of the types that can be eaten and the taste is also quite impressive if cooked with a special recipe and this type of mushroom my mother often cooks it. Some types of mushrooms I often find it growing on coconut trees that have long died but when I found this mushroom it was almost wilted which made me unable to capture the picture perfectly but some of the photos are like what you have seen today.

All the mushroom photography that I show today I took using a Sony DSC Hx350 brand powershot camera because photographing mushrooms is one of the objects that is quite small so I added an additional ring to my camera lens is indeed not so good dry the lens so the results are also not so satisfying but for the results you can see today hopefully you like it.
