dCity Rewards Distribution! #5 - Free Artist

I am starting to recieve less rewards and more people participating. LOL. I'm going to have to change the structure of the rewards I'm distributing. From not on all participants will gain one entry to a spin when I have enough sim to buy someone an NFT in dCity. I don't want to hand out technology or junk cards. at minimum I want to hand out useable cards like citizens!
